About
A practice built around what organisations need to achieve.
Knull Training & Consultancy is the training, executive education and advisory practice of Knull, a UK professional services company.
Who we are
Knull, and the practice within it
Knull works with organisations on technology, management consulting and capability development. The Training & Consultancy practice brings these together for clients who need their people and their operating arrangements to improve at the same time.
We design and deliver corporate training and executive education, and provide management consultancy across strategy execution, project delivery, governance and risk, procurement, digital and AI adoption, and organisational change.
Philosophy
How we think about the work
- The challenge comes first
- We start with the business problem and the decision it serves, then configure programmes, expertise and delivery around it.
- Practice over lecture
- Sessions are weighted towards realistic practice, so participants leave with something they can use the next day.
- Evidence of change
- We distinguish satisfaction from learning, and learning from application at work — and report on each.
- Capability that stays
- Advisory work deliberately transfers tools and know-how so that clients are not left dependent on us.
Delivery model
Senior-led, configured to each engagement
Engagements are led by a lean core team, with approved associates and subject specialists mobilised according to the subject, audience and location. Proposed facilitators and consultants are named in each proposal, with CVs and relevant credentials supplied for review.
Quality and accountability
How we control quality on each engagement
These controls describe the delivery approach Knull applies and agrees with each client. They are not a claim of past results, accreditation or external audit.
- Scope and learning objectives approved before design is completed.
- Facilitator competence and suitability reviewed and confirmed before deployment.
- Materials checked for accuracy, client context, confidentiality and version control.
- Attendance, assessment, feedback, issues and changes recorded consistently and made available to the client.
- Non-conformances investigated, with corrective and preventive actions assigned and tracked to closure.
- Lessons from each cohort incorporated into subsequent delivery and future design.
