FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you run open public courses?
No. Programmes are commissioned to close a defined capability gap for the commissioning organisation. Programme titles are a starting point for discussion, not a product list.
Can a programme be tailored to our organisation?
Yes — tailoring is standard. Duration, cohort size, delivery mode, assessment approach, case material and language of instruction are agreed during design, and the curriculum is approved by the client before delivery mobilises.
How long does design take?
Tailoring a flagship programme typically takes two to four weeks from an approved needs analysis; substantial adaptation four to six weeks; bespoke development six to twelve weeks depending on scope, pilot and approval cycles.
What delivery formats are available?
Classroom, virtual or blended delivery — from executive sessions and one-day masterclasses to multi-day, multi-cohort programmes, structured academies, train-the-trainer and post-programme coaching where commissioned.
What group size do you recommend?
Each programme specification states a recommended cohort, typically between 8 and 18 participants depending on the programme. The final cohort is agreed during design.
Which languages do you deliver in?
English by default. Other languages are subject to facilitator availability and materials translation, agreed during design.
How is impact measured?
Knull separates reaction, learning, workplace application and business results. Return on investment is calculated only where credible cost and benefit data and an agreed attribution method exist. Knull does not promise predetermined ROI, pass rates or performance improvement.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Completion requires attendance of at least 80 per cent of scheduled contact time, participation in assessed components and submission of the assessed work product and action plan. Certification and records are set out in each programme specification.
Can we take delivery in-house afterwards?
Yes. Knull can hand over curriculum, facilitator guides and assessment instruments and run train-the-trainer development, subject to the commercial and intellectual-property terms agreed for that transfer.
How are engagements priced?
As fixed-scope deliverables, time-and-materials assignments, per-cohort training pricing or framework-based call-off, subject to your procurement route. A commercial proposal is provided once scope is defined.
Are your policies third-party certified?
No. Knull's governance standards are internal, controlled company policies. They are not third-party certifications and are not presented as such. Individual qualifications belong to the individuals who hold them.
How quickly can you mobilise?
Mobilisation depends on scope, facilitator availability, participant scheduling and your procurement and approval timetable. Knull confirms a realistic date at proposal stage.
