Programme and service information
Descriptions, programme outlines and articles are for general information and discussion. They are not an offer, professional advice for a particular situation, or a guarantee of outcomes, availability, price, accreditation or delivery dates. The scope and suitability of an engagement are agreed through the proposal and contracting process.
Proposals and booking enquiries
Submitting a request for a proposal, programme information or a corporate booking does not create a contract, reserve a place or confirm dates, fees or delivery. An acknowledgement confirms receipt only.
Scope, timetable, fees, deliverables and applicable commercial arrangements require agreement in writing. Cancellation, refund and payment provisions belong in that separate agreement, not in the website enquiry.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to Knull Limited or its relevant rights holders. You may view and retain reasonable extracts for evaluating our services, with attribution and without removing ownership notices.
