Bespoke capability development

Programmes designed around your requirement.

Where an established programme is close, we tailor it. Where nothing fits, we design something new — from a needs analysis, with your approval at each stage.

What can be tailored

Configured to your organisation

Subject
Adapt an established programme, or request a subject that is not in our portfolio.
Audience
Calibrate depth, examples and pace to the roles and seniority of your participants.
Outcomes
Agree learning outcomes against your competency framework or business priorities.
Format and duration
In person, virtual or blended; condensed or extended, where the outcomes allow.
Content
Use your own processes, systems, cases and terminology in exercises and materials.
Advisory support
Combine the programme with consultancy where structure, not only skills, needs to change.

Routes

Three ways a programme is prepared

Indicative lead times are confirmed in the proposal once scope is agreed.

Tailoring

A flagship specification addresses the requirement and needs client context, cases, terminology, duration or assessment adjustment.

Two to four weeks from approved needs analysis.

Substantial adaptation

A flagship specification is the right subject but a significant proportion of content, audience or structure must change.

Four to six weeks.

Bespoke development

No existing specification addresses the requirement, or the subject is specific to the client's own processes, systems or regulatory environment.

Six to twelve weeks depending on scope, pilot and approval cycles.

New programmes

Six stages, each approved by you

  1. RequireNeeds analysis, competency target, population analysis, constraints and success measures.
  2. ArchitectLearning outcomes, module architecture, sequencing, practice ratio, assessment strategy, facilitator profile and materials plan.
  3. BuildCurriculum and session plans, client-specific cases and data, exercises, participant materials and assessment instruments.
  4. AssureIndependent subject-matter review, Knull quality assurance against the design standard, and client design review.
  5. PilotDelivery to a pilot cohort with structured observation, extended feedback, assessment trial and facilitator debrief.
  6. AdoptRevisions applied, specification written to the master template, programme library entry and rollout scheduling.

Feasibility

An honest assessment first

Every new requirement is assessed for subject expertise, quality, any regulatory or accreditation constraints, and commercial viability before Knull commits to it. Where a subject falls outside the expertise we can responsibly provide, we will say so.

Describe what you need to achieve.

Tell us the subject, audience and outcome you have in mind. We'll advise on the best route — adapt, combine or design.
